Our Team.
At Wirral Community First Responders, our team is made up of dedicated volunteers from all walks of life who share one common goal – to make a difference in our community when it matters most. Trained by the North West Ambulance Service, our responders are ordinary people doing extraordinary things: providing life-saving care in those crucial first minutes of a medical emergency before an ambulance arrives.
But our work doesn’t stop there. We are also passionate about helping local people feel more confident in an emergency. That’s why our team delivers free CPR and defibrillator awareness sessions across the Wirral, giving schools, community groups, and businesses the knowledge and skills that could one day save a life.
Beyond the uniforms, our team is made up of neighbours, friends, colleagues, and family members who have chosen to give their time and skills to support others. Together, we bring compassion, professionalism, and a strong sense of community spirit to everything we do.
We are proud to serve the Wirral, and even prouder of the commitment and teamwork that defines us.
